Fast and professional

I waited while they fixed my car for them to call me and tell me I was going to cost me more money. Because that has been my experience with automotive repair places. They never called. I paid exactly what they quoted me. And they use some of my hardware that was still good on the brake replacement and did not charge me to get new hardware. I'm on a fixed income. I appreciate their honesty so much. Those are my guys from now on!

Just went for emission testing for registration. Staff was friendly and quick to get me out of there.

Excellent customer service

I had my brakes and transmission worked on gave me a very close estimate before they did the work. I was very happy.

Dropped off my Tundra Wednesday afternoon for an alternator replacement, picked it up Thursday morning. Pricing seemed fair due to the service that needed to be performed. In my truck the location of the alternator is rather difficult to get to, therefore the labor cost is rather expensive. Communication was good for the most part. When i asked for the belt to be replaced as well, i got a call about an hour later with what i considered a fair price. Then another hour and a half goes by and they stated they miss quoted on the belt replacement and it would be and additional $120 on top of the adjusted quote. I then declined having the belt replaced, and only went with the alternator replacement. For the most part i had a good experience with this shop outside of the double quote on the belt replacement.

I paid $600 for them to fix a thermostat and leak associated with my radiator. When I left my seatbelt notification for both front seats kept going off and still does. I immediately called Matthew from down the street. He was oddly hesitant Then said he didn’t know. After a little more hesitation, he said I could maybe bring it back and maybe he could look at it to help me figure it out? Him, personally 🤔 I told him that’s OK. I could maybe figure it out His hesitation and suggestion for assistance were concerning in the least. I thought I could trust Matthew, but I was wrong. My vehicle never once had this issue, not once they did something. I thought I found a trusted Mechanic shop nearby. Unfortunately I was wrong.
