Upon first impression staff seemed honest and very welcoming when I brought up a oil leak the staff was quick to diagnose and quote me upon leaving with my vehicle not even 2 miles down the road I start having a issues that were not existing before hand with sensor exacly where the technician worked however the shop has no responsibility hoewever is more then welcoming of taking your money to tell you so

I have been bringing my wife’s 07 Acura RDX and my 2016 Honda Pilot. To LMC for over 10 years and I always am pleased with the quality of work. They diagnose and fix what is needed. Never had to bring it back because it wasn’t fixed correctly. Recently I brought my Pilot in cause the AC was blowing cool but not as cold as my wife’s SUV so they fixed it. Not it might blow a little colder than the wife’s SUV. Very pleased with their quality of service over the years.

What y'all told me the cause of the problem was not true. I went to Autozone and they checked it and the problem was cylinder 8 misfire detected. That plug was defected evidently so I took it back to the part store where I purchased it and they gave me another one. It was installed and my problem went away. The only thing on that print out that you gave me that was the truth that I need to replace was the valve cover gasket. Everything else on that paper was a lie I had already had it replaced in January.
Response from the owner:So sorry about that Ms. Thompson, we felt the coil was still good and recommended not replacing it because the coolant that was leaking onto the coil needed to be fixed as that was causing the coil to short out. The technician wanted to correct the root cause of the problem. If the coolant leak is not fixed in that area this issue will happen again. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience.

The staff was the best part of my experience…Even though after l left l had car problems didnt even make it to work but let the record show they didn’t do a diagnosis they offered that l figured l did not need one and told them what l wanted done…but my morning was great even with breaking down …l highly recommend them and hopefully l will never need their service again😂😂😂but whenever l do have car problems l will be reaching out to them first ..l found them when l search throttle body repair but lm thinking they do full service ,l have to reach back out to see cause it felt so good just to be in that type of setting ,everybody was so pleasant…

Both of my headlight bulbs were out....I had to miss two days work because I didn't have lights. LMC......were there for me and knocked the job out in no time. I'm back on the road again shining bright light a diamond. They never let me down.

Called about emissions inspection. Quick and informative phone call. Stopped in 5 minutes later. 15 minutes later I drove off with my inspection paperwork. Fantastic experience. Got a screw in my tire. Got to pet dogs. Got it plugged in record time. This place continues to be awesome.

I brought my SUV to LMC Complete Automotive after it just wouldn't start. I couldn't have been happier with the experience. T & Gary were incredibly nice, professional. I was also greeted by the most absolutely Cutest Doggie Winston 😉 LMC was immediately very upfront with the charges about how much the diagnostic test would be. Then LMC front desk T sent me detailed information regarding the repairs needed to repair the issue with my vehicle within a few hours. I appreciate the honesty and service with respect provided to me. They kept me updated throughout the entire process. Unlike other shops, they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. The price was reasonable, and they had the repairs finished before the end of the day. Super impressed with that!!!! This is the only place I will now trust for honest, top-notch service in town! I am the MOST honestly vocal person alive & when I tell you they were amazing I mean that.

Impressive shop, check it very detailed to get the right diagnostic, other shop wanted to swap whole engine, they figured out it was just a coil replacement that was needed.

I was unhappy. I took my car and dropped it off because my check engine light was on. They did a diagnostic on the car and told me I had a leak that was causing the high voltage reading and making my check engine light come on. I was given a quote and agreed to the repairs. I paid over $700 dollars. I picked up my car and the light was off. I drove the car for less than an hour and my check engine light came right back on. I took the car to Autozone and they gave me the same code I had when I took the car to LMC. I took the car back the next morning and they looked at it again and told me it would be an additional almost $300 to fix the issue. I was told that the leak cause corrosion on the wires and the technician was aware of it, but he rubbed oil on it to try to fix the problem and they guess it didn't work so the wires had to be replaced. I am not a mechanic; however any reading that has the term "high voltage" would seem to indicate there is an electrical issue. For the technician to see the problem and do his version of a "quick fix" instead of fixing the car is unacceptable, especially because I was not notified. Then you quote me $175 in labor to actually correct the issue the vehicle was brought in for in the first place. I am extremely reasonable and understanding but now I am out of $700 and my car is still not fixed. I won't be returning here. Although the front desk staff is friendly...I don't trust their work.
Response from the owner:Sorry for the confusion and trouble on this. We found that the bypass valve was leaking, it did leak into the connector for the valve as well. At the time the technician was able to clean it up and add dielectric silicone (a type of non conductive silicone to protect the electrical connection) and when he checked it at that point it worked. We did not want to replace the connector if it wasn't absolutely necessary. Looking back, it did need that as well at the same time as the valve but sometimes we can salvage the connector and save you some money, we really were trying to help you. So I guess instead of two trips, sorry about that, we should have said it needed the valve and connector at the same time. So sorry for your troubles.

Do Not take your car here for service, Initially they held my car for a week without starting on it and didn't let me know anything. Charge me $1423.67 to find out they did not even diagnose an accurate problem. Just did work base on my concerns (smelling exhaust smell while driving) never did I tell them that. So when I reach out to them to let them know my check engine light was back on. They then had a list of reason why my car check engine light was present. Stated "he was not surprised it was back on, most customer don't care that their check engine light is on." Why wouldn't you let you customer know everything you encounter when service their vehicle. LMC automotive robbed me of time and service.

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC. I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived. I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now. In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ. I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!! Nanette F. Houston, TX

Awesome shop. The guys at LMC did an alignment on my truck after I put new tires on it. Drives solid and my camber issue was taken care of. Also Winston, the shop dog was a blast to entertain. Played fetch with his tennis balls.

The staff was extremely helpful and committed to finding out why my check engine light would not go off after having the perceived problem resolved. They were finally able to figure it out and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their help, as a woman, it can be intimidating going into a car shop because you do not know if you will be taken advantage of. The LMC automotive team was transparent without all the extra. I will return for any future issues with my vehicle.
