I have taken all my cars here for years! They do excellent work and less than an hour.

I went to LMC close to closing time for my emissions test. I had not been in a while but my service was good! They are always very friendly and the interaction when conducting business with them is not just transactional.

LMC is always there to take care of our automotive repair needs. Timely, professional and competitive in cost to other shops, but they just treat you right and I’ve never left with a feeling of regret or being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend and will continue to use for non-DIY needs or when professional service is needed

LMC mechanic shop was very up front with the charges about how much the diagnostic would be. The LMC front desk send me detailed information regarding the repairs needed to repair the issue with my vehicle. I appreciate the honesty and service with respect provided to me. Ok so I’ve been here before. My car had something hanging from the bottom which I thought it was something bad. I took it here and they said oh it’s just a piece hanging making that noise. I’ll take it off. I wasn’t charged.they could’ve said anything. Anyway I was having car troubles this entire month and I ended up taking it to multiple places. Nothing was fixed or should o say a temporary fix. I ended up taking my car here and she’s rubbing so good! Oh and the dog looked at me and tooted his nose up, but went to everyone else in the lobby but me with his ball.He’s a tough one. Hopefully he’ll warm up to me when I go for my oil change lol. This is now my new place. Highly recommended.

I initially visited LMC based on their numerous positive reviews, seeking a straightforward front-end alignment for my truck. Upon arrival, I was charged $50 for an inspection to assess the condition of the front end and to receive a quote for the alignment service. The sales manager subsequently presented an estimate of $2,400 should I choose to proceed with the recommended work.
Given the unexpectedly high cost for what I had anticipated to be a routine alignment, I opted to explore other options. I located another shop approximately 30 minutes away that offered a complimentary evaluation. Their sales manager quoted a guaranteed price of $650 for the alignment. When I expressed skepticism due to the significant price disparity, he assured me that if they were unable to complete the alignment, I would not be charged.

The guys and Winston were great. A filter had to be ordered and sent over. Too way too long.

LMC has been my auto repair shop since the early 2000's when they were located on Treaschwig. Always do a great job and I appreciate them explaining everything to me. Had my car in this week for brake repair and as always, the service was wonderful and appreciated the great price also!

Great job w my Ac service, had me in and out in less than an hour! Friendly staff as well, and beat the price of everyone else i called. Not to mention very close to home. I will return for other needs. Hopefully I dont have any but they will be my choice!

I went in to get my car inspected. There was no wait, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They immediately took my car back to began inspection. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Excellent service.

This is my go to shop and they are consistently good with my car. The labor cost is a killer tho, but I feel the work was done correctly.

I have used LMC for years and I have always received prompt repairs at a reasonable price. Every time I have had an issue with my Ford F-150 truck, they have repaired and returned my truck to me on the same day. These are literally the only auto repair folks that I trust in Houston.

The customer service was phenomenal everyone was friendly from the front desk to the tech. I had two vehicles inspected on different days and was very pleased with both experiences .I would recommend this place and will definitely be back.

Do Not take your car here for service, Initially they held my car for a week without starting on it and didn't let me know anything. Charge me $1423.67 to find out they did not even diagnose an accurate problem. Just did work base on my concerns (smelling exhaust smell while driving) never did I tell them that. So when I reach out to them to let them know my check engine light was back on. They then had a list of reason why my car check engine light was present. Stated "he was not surprised it was back on, most customer don't care that their check engine light is on." Why wouldn't you let you customer know everything you encounter when service their vehicle. LMC automotive robbed me of time and service.

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC.

I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived.
I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now.

In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ.

I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!!

Awesome shop. The guys at LMC did an alignment on my truck after I put new tires on it. Drives solid and my camber issue was taken care of. Also Winston, the shop dog was a blast to entertain. Played fetch with his tennis balls.

The staff was extremely helpful and committed to finding out why my check engine light would not go off after having the perceived problem resolved. They were finally able to figure it out and provided excellent customer service. I appreciate their help, as a woman, it can be intimidating going into a car shop because you do not know if you will be taken advantage of. The LMC automotive team was transparent without all the extra. I will return for any future issues with my vehicle.

LMC have always given me the best service. I have been going to them for over 30 years. My last visit was in and out within about 45 minutes. Chad has always been very helpful and friendly. I will continue to take my vehicles to LMC for service.
