Ok so I’ve been here before. My car had something hanging from the bottom which I thought it was something bad. I took it here and they said oh it’s just a piece hanging making that noise. I’ll take it off. I wasn’t charged.they could’ve said anything. Anyway I was having car troubles this entire month and I ended up taking it to multiple places. Nothing was fixed or should o say a temporary fix. I ended up taking my car here and she’s rubbing so good! Oh and the dog looked at me and tooted his nose up, but went to everyone else in the lobby but me with his ball.He’s a tough one. Hopefully he’ll warm up to me when I go for my oil change lol. This is now my new place. Highly recommended.

I initially visited LMC based on their numerous positive reviews, seeking a straightforward front-end alignment for my truck. Upon arrival, I was charged $50 for an inspection to assess the condition of the front end and to receive a quote for the alignment service. The sales manager subsequently presented an estimate of $2,400 should I choose to proceed with the recommended work.
Given the unexpectedly high cost for what I had anticipated to be a routine alignment, I opted to explore other options. I located another shop approximately 30 minutes away that offered a complimentary evaluation. Their sales manager quoted a guaranteed price of $650 for the alignment. When I expressed skepticism due to the significant price disparity, he assured me that if they were unable to complete the alignment, I would not be charged.
Response from the owner:Sorry you had a problem here Mr. McGee. I can assure you, and show you, the issues with your vehicle. You had been to several shops before us and none of them could figure out the issue, our technician found: FOUND MAJOR PLAY IN THE DRIVER LOWER BALL JOINT (SAFETY ISSUE) MINOR PLAY IN THE UPPER PASSENGER BALL JOINT. RACK AND PINION IS LEAKING AND INNER TIE RODS HAVE PLAY. ALSO, FOUND THE FRONT WHEEL BEARINGS MOVE MORE THAN NORMAL BUT ARE NOT MAKING NOISE. We are obligated to inform you of what is wrong with your vehicle and if you do not wish to approve the repairs we understand but those issues are still there. I'm sure this other shop did not fix all that for $650 dollars, they may have fixed some of it for that but that means there are still issues wrong with the truck. If you would like to come by we can show you those issues, some were in bad condition. While the vehicle is 24 years old and there are allot of problems but they don't all have to be done at once and we cannot just align the vehicle and say its good knowing it is not. We do not claim to be the cheapest place in town but we are fair and I assure you that what we said is going on under there is the truth. The $50 charge is waived if we do any parts of the work we suggested, we do this because people would tie up our techs all day with free inspections and go fix it themselves in the driveway. We informed you ahead of time of this charge and you agreed to it. If you would like to look under your vehicle allow us to show you, please give us a call or swing by. Thanks and sorry for the troubles.

LMC has been my auto repair shop since the early 2000's when they were located on Treaschwig. Always do a great job and I appreciate them explaining everything to me. Had my car in this week for brake repair and as always, the service was wonderful and appreciated the great price also!

I have used LMC for years and I have always received prompt repairs at a reasonable price. Every time I have had an issue with my Ford F-150 truck, they have repaired and returned my truck to me on the same day. These are literally the only auto repair folks that I trust in Houston.

One thing about this place is they will lie to any extent to save their image. Hence why they type such lengthy paragraphs in response to TRUE reviews to gloss over the hard facts. Staff are rude. I personally know 2 people who both tired this shop and they both had terrible experiences, as well as me. Listen to the bad reviews. True reviews and true experiences.
Response from the owner:hmm, well, we believe it is only fair to share our side of the story too. The thing is, you shared nothing about your experience to give us an indication of who you are. It is odd you only have one review and you say the staff is rude against the vast majority of all of our other customers. Saying our customers reviews are not true is, well, a lie too. Google goes to great lengths to ensure that farming for reviews is not done and THAT is why Google is a really good place for reviews because the majority are legitimate. I'm wondering if your review and one other that were vague and not showing any service issue are the fake ones, like from a competitor. We have HAD that happen in the past as well. We would like to find out what happened on the rude staff because that is out of character for our guys, I mean, look at our reviews, they are great! If you would like to share your experience so that we correct the issue you had, please give us call as we surely want to make things right with you.

Do Not take your car here for service, Initially they held my car for a week without starting on it and didn't let me know anything. Charge me $1423.67 to find out they did not even diagnose an accurate problem. Just did work base on my concerns (smelling exhaust smell while driving) never did I tell them that. So when I reach out to them to let them know my check engine light was back on. They then had a list of reason why my car check engine light was present. Stated "he was not surprised it was back on, most customer don't care that their check engine light is on." Why wouldn't you let you customer know everything you encounter when service their vehicle. LMC automotive robbed me of time and service.

I want to thank all of the guys who I came in contact with at LMC Complete Automotive a huge thank you for being SO VERY RESPECTFUL! Especially to all the single women out there in need of auto repairs looking for an honest and respectful auto shop I highly I highly LMC.

I was on the internet searching for a new Auto Repair Shop to take my car to when I came across LMC Complete Automotive. After reading a lot of their outstanding reviews I gave their office a call. I spoke with Gary & explained to him that my Battery Service Charge light on the dash started coming on the night before. I needed to take it somewhere that didn’t require an appointment and who wouldn’t have to keep the car for an extended period of time. I explained to Gary that my dealership told me that I needed to replace the throttle body however after we spoke for a couple of minutes he told me that he thought it was the alternator. As I was so pressed for time he told me he would go ahead and order the throttle body & alternator so they would be at the shop when I arrived.
I took the car in later that day & the diagnostic test revealed the alternator was bad. In addition, he notified me that the throttle body was extremely filthy & in order to save me some time and money they were going to do a thorough cleaning on the throttle body for now.

In addition since they completed the repair and cleaning so fast I went ahead and had them do an oil change as well. 2 1/2hrs later I was leaving the shop and my car was running like a champ.

I will be taking my car here from now on. I just can’t say enough about this place, theses guys are absolutely wonderful!!!
